The Australian Institute of Architects are looking for volunteers to attend and participate in this year’s Venice Biennale, with applications closing on January 27, 2016.
It is a significant year for Australian architecture, as the Australian Pavilion will be included in the biennale for the first time and is one of 29 permanent installations from various countries. The Venice Biennale is architecture’s largest international event, and aims to engage patrons and endorse design and art innovation on a global platform. Volunteers are able to participate for various durations ranging from 10 days to a month, from May until December.
